Order of auction: Due to the enormous amount of items we will be selling in two auction rings simultaneously part of the time. Selling will take place in a very large room in the air conditioned indoors in one ring.
Another auction ring will start in the large garage, with all the tools, heavy equipment, antique bicycles, large kettles, etc.. Then this ring will go in the basement and sell all the books, the dryer and freezer, the workshop area, and records. From there this ring will go outside selling lot boxes under large shade trees, until approximately a total of 150-200 lots have been sold. We will then revert to only one ring in the house until all is sold, and then move outside again to the other furniture first, and then will sell the lot boxes.
BEVERAGE, HOT DOGS, & SNACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE
Parking will be on the property, and on the opposite side of the street from the auction only.
TERMS
= No buyers premium and no tax. We take cash, or good check with two forms of ID required, with picture and thumbprint taken as per request of the owner. Everything sells "As is, Where is." No warranties implied. No Returns! Once items are declared sold they are your responsibility! Nothing is to be removed from premises until settled for. Only hand held items may be removed from inside the house during the auction inside the house. Announcements made day of sale supercedes printed material.
